• The smoke alarms work on an audio basis only and therefore those with severe hearing impairments may not be able to hear the alarm systems and may be at risk
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere in the building

• The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 people. Infants do not count towards the occupancy, however, for health and safety reasons, only 1 infant who is not yet able to walk is allowed
• Unfortunately, children under the age of 10 are not allowed, except for 1 baby in your arms. This is because the apartment is very adult oriented
• Events are not permitted without prior approval
• A security deposit is required at this property
• Check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m
• The Stow Horse Fair is held twice a year, on the Thursday closest to May 12th and the Thursday closest to October 24th. This is a traditional fair for gypsies and travelers to meet and trade, dating back to 1476 when their charter was awarded. Stow gets very busy for a day or two before and after each fair and a number of shops, pubs and restaurants are closed. While many visitors enjoy the color and vibrancy associated with the fairs, other visitors prefer to avoid Stow on these dates
