Stumbled upon this company online and found exactly what we were looking for, a lovely clean place to stay in central Stow with parking! We would definitely stay here again, very good price!

Hi, as mentioned in my first email I was not happy at all with the stay. There were no basic shower toiletries that should have been included. There wasn't even coffee. The apartment absolutely reeked of stale smoke which to be honest was unbearable. The apartments are so close together that I could hear the apartment across the street talking (they weren't loud at normal volume) and even just push the buttons on their microwave. Every time a door opened, the whole apartment shook. I asked for a refund so I could stay somewhere else but no one got back to me. The actual apartment is in a great location and nice inside for a short stay, but overall I wouldn't recommend staying there, mainly because of the smoke smell and the noise made it impossible to relax.

Thank you Natalie for your review of Durum. We are disappointed with your feedback as we have replied to your message and the property manager has also attempted to contact you during your stay but we have not received any response from you. Toiletries are not advertised as provided so do not expect them to be available during your stay. We are delighted that you have found the accommodation in a great location. and we hope you have enjoyed exploring the Cotswolds.

We had a great short break at the Durum - the apartments were very clean and comfortable located in a quiet area of Stow - two of the main advantages for us were off street parking and wifi - a great base for exploring the wider Cotswolds Small constructive ones Notes to be taken into account is that the apartment is on the 1st floor and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. The lighting in the common area is time controlled, the length of time the lights are on may not be suitable for everyone (you may want to increase the length of time). Overall I would recommend and return if you are in the area

Thank you Matthew for your review of Durum. We are glad that you had a great short break. Durum is advertised as split level and the description states that the front door is on the 1st floor of the building. We hope that you will come back soon!
