Management was quick to show available units. The move in was fairly smooth and the tasks to be done to move in were presented to me in an organized manner. In responding to requests, the maintainers have been responsive and referrals so far. If you don't end up taking a parking spot in the garage, you'll end up walking a minute or two to get there, but management is thoughtful enough to keep you shopping...
There are trolleys near the main lift area that can be used to bring items you may have purchased from the parking space all the way to the door of the apartment. The hotel is just a 1-minute walk from Rahway Station, so getting into the city is a breeze. I've been here for a month now and it's been a great experience so far! :)

Honestly, if you're looking to rent a nice living space with easy access to public transportation, it doesn't get much better than this in the Tri-State area. 1 bedroom/1 bathroom rentals are reasonable compared to other cities in NJ. Everything is newly renovated, clean, full of caring community culture, 3 minutes walk to the Northeast Corridor bus line. Contact Kyle, a leasing agent who has great knowledge of the local market and is very transparent with all residents. besides...

Find out what management likes and become a part of this coterie. This will ensure your rent will not increase and you will be fully protected from any complaints made against you by other tenants...they have eyes and ears everywhere so be careful! Their specialty is retaining bad tenants.
